Automation Polkadot deposits

In announcing the rebranding, we promised that not only will our design be improved. Our services will also change for the better. An important step in this is the automatic deposit of various coins. Deposits used to be processed manually which could sometimes take some time before your new balance was visible. In the new situation, customers will receive a personal address for transactions on the Polkadot network. As a result, your transactions are processed almost immediately. Our developers are working hard to support other networks so that automatic deposits for other currencies are also possible.

How does depositing DOT work?

If you want to deposit DOT from another exchange or wallet to Bitcoin Master, you can do so from your wallets.

1. Click on 'My account' > 'Portfolio'
2. Find the coin (DOT) and click deposit.
3. You will then see a window with your personal wallet address for DOT. From the other exchange you can send DOT to this address after which it will also be visible in your account.
