After thorough investigation, we have determined that the cause of this interruption was due to an issue with an external dependency within the login process. This issue resulted in users trying to log in being temporarily unable to access the app.
We took immediate action and already implemented a workaround yesterday, which made logging in possible again. We are currently working on further measures to ensure that such situations are avoided in the future. Our goal remains to continuously improve the reliability and stability of our service.
